Are all the products handmade?

Yes! All the products I sell are handmade by me. Because they are crafted by hand, each piece is one-of-a-kind. I put a lot of care and attention into every step of the process, ensuring that each product is unique and made with love.

 

How long is the delivery time for personlized mugs?

It will take about 5-7 weeks for me to create and ship your personalized mugs. I don’t have my own kiln, so I don’t control the firing time, as that is handled by the studio I rent space from. That's why it takes a little longer.

 

How long is the delivery time? 

Within Sweden, all in-stock orders are dispatched within 2 working days and typically delivered within 2-3 days. Personalized mugs take approximately 5-7 weeks to create, while Harry Potter keychains take about 2 weeks. Once custom orders are completed and shipped, they will also be delivered within 2-3 days.

 

Are the ceramics dishwasher safe?

Yes! All ceramic products are glazed and therefore dishwasher and food safe.

 

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within Sweden  and Europe but I hope to offer international shipping in the near future.

What should I do if my ceramic product is damaged upon arrival?

If your product is damaged upon arrival, please take pictures of the damage and send an email to hello@dilandilirstudio.com soon as possible, prefably within 2 days!
