Are all the products handmade?

Yes! Every product I sell is handmade by me. Because each piece is crafted by hand, no two are exactly alike — each one is unique and made with care and attention at every step.

How long is the delivery time for personalized ceramics?

Personalized ceramics take approximately 5–7 weeks to create. Once completed and shipped, delivery within Sweden takes a further 2–3 days.

How long is the delivery time for in-stock orders?

In-stock orders are dispatched within 4 working days and typically delivered within 2–3 days within Sweden.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order as long as production hasn't started (for personalized ceramics) or before I've packed and purchased the shipping label. Please note that if you cancel after shipping has been purchased, the shipping cost won't be refunded.

Are the ceramics dishwasher and food safe?

Yes! All ceramics are glazed and both dishwasher safe and food safe.

Can the ceramics be used in the microwave?

Yes! All ceramics are microwave safe.

Do you offer international shipping?

We currently ship within Sweden and Europe. I hope to offer wider international shipping in the near future — stay tuned!

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Please photograph the damage and send the photos to info@dilandilirstudio.com as soon as possible, preferably within 2 days of delivery.
